Howard Rosen was recently interviewed by The New York Times for the article, “What’s the Easiest Way to Cheat on Your Taxes?” Howard shared his experience of clients stretching the tax code by trying to claim deductions for office work done by family members, including a three year old who does filing. Howard was also quoted in various social media and regional news sites.

Employees at Conner Ash showed their home team spirit for the World Series Champions, St. Louis Cardinals by raising money to benefit the Cardinal Care Charitable Foundation. Nigel Morton led the organization of donations.
The Olympic torch was finally extinguished as busy season wound down at Conner Ash. Employees enjoyed their end of tax season party and final competition. Using only the articles of fabric and supplies given, Lady Liberty, Leilah Shabazaz, shows her creative ability and love for her country as her team won the gold.
Tax Manager, Gary Dreher accepted the challenge of being a Jailbird in the Creve Coeur Missouri Lock Up, benefiting the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Employees donated to the cause to help set Gary free. The Lock Up event was a success in raising over $50,000.
Here comes the bride…Congratulations to Alana Banquette who recently tied the knot! Alana and husband Corey enjoyed a nice honeymoon in the Bahamas after their ceremony in Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
