Exponens Conseil & Expertise (Paris) Strengthens Risk Consulting Business by Integrating D&Cmf
D&Cmf joins Exponens Group, a major player in the accounting profession within the Paris area.
According to Frédéric Lafay, president of Exponens' Group, "With the integration of D&Cmf, Exponens is enriched with new expertise in compliance, perfectly complementary to our current risk management offerings."
Georges Chacornac, president of D&Cmf, said, "This alliance will allow us, thanks to the specific skills of Exponens, to support our customers even more effectively in the control of their regulatory issues."
This new activity will be led by Olivier Geoffray, a chartered accountant, who becomes a partner of Exponens as part of the operation. Olivier has extensive experience within the Société Générale Group, of which he was previously Deputy General Secretary of the Retail Banking and International Financial Services Division, in charge of compliance projects and operational risks.
